Workflow & Collaboration

We’ll work together using Notion (I will move us under my paid subscription) to keep everything organized and transparent.


You’ll be able to see tasks, milestones, and updates in real time, and provide feedback directly where it’s most useful.


Regular check-ins will help us stay aligned and make adjustments as needed. After launch, we’ll continue coordinating to ensure a smooth transition and make any necessary updates or tweaks. As well as prioritising features to work on next.


We’ll use email for all official communication and important decisions, while Notion and WhatsApp are there for quick updates, questions, and informal check-ins.

The platform is community-driven: users can contribute new pieces, update entries, and share insights, ensuring the database stays fresh and valuable. Development is ongoing, with continuous improvements as the resource grows.

Dashboard

Fresh Fades dashboard is a comprehensive tool designed to give the team a clear overview of their app’s activity. It centralizes financial data, user reports, and other key metrics, making it easy to track performance and spot trends quickly.

The dashboard is user-focused, providing actionable insights, customizable views, and real-time updates, helping the team make informed decisions.

RentGaurd

Website and internal platform design for Rent Guard, a rental-income assurance service that provides property owners with reliable monthly returns and reduced vacancy risk.

The project involved creating a clean, modern website that communicates the service’s value with clarity and trust, as well as designing an intuitive internal system used for managing properties, tenants, and payment workflows.

For the first 4 weeks after launch, I will fix any critical bugs at no extra cost.

Beyond that, all work, including: bug fixes, new features, and changes will continue under one of the support models (to be chosen before launch).
